• Compensation is provided only when insurance/declared value is purchase 
• Without insurance, compensation is limited to the standard liability amount per shipment (as per applicable law)

  • Indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages
  • Delay caused by customs, weather, or third-party carriers
  • Improper packaging by the sender
     

To submit a claim, proof may be required including invoices, packaging evidence, and photos.

10. Customs Clearance

For international shipments:

• You authorize us and our partners to act as your customs broker 
• You must provide accurate documentation
• Any duties, taxes, penalties, or storage charges are your responsibility
   

Shipments may be held until fees are settled.

11. Account Creation (If Applicable)
